Dr. Dog- Passed Away Vol. 1

This album is a collection of demos and side Bs from their much earlier work and is much more lo-fi then their newer releases. the instruments are very minimal and beautiful. this is really a beautiful and simple album, i really cherish the songs on here. little bird is one of my favorite songs but they are all really very lovely.

Brightblack

the most beautiful folk country i have heard yet. i usually don't even like country, and this is so soothing to listen to. all of the songs are slow and have the same feel to them. its a nice feel

it will rise

Roy Orbison - Crying (1962)

roy orbison has such a classic sound that is filled with harmony and string instruments that make you want to fall in love.

Chromeo - Fancy Footwork [2007]

so eighties! so groovy! this duo rules when it comes to a dance party or show. lots of synth and vacoder that rule. get it?!

BRO

sourpatch- crushin CD

such a fun band from san jose california! they bring the dance to the show or wherever they go! They are living in the 1990's with their sloppy catchy noisy rocky sounds. they sing cute little love songs that make you wanna hug the person next to you!

skeet skeet

Kitty Puke

this is an ep that james and i made for fun a little bit ago. if you enjoy screaming female vocals and raunchy lyrics, you should give it a try and let me know what you think!

dipset

crystal castles 2010

new crystal castles. you know what it sounds like!

COMANECHI

this band consists of the singer from PRE, Akiko and this other cool dood named Simon. its a lot more thrash and distorted then PRE and makes you want to head bang. Akiko drums and vocals are too good to be true.

ROMP

Eric's Trip- love tara (1993)

Eric's Trip is one of the greater bands from the nineties. This album has a lot of different sounds, all pretty great. You can definitely feel the nineties vibes. Phil Elverum has gotten a lot of his influence from this band. Love Tara has rock songs that are great, and mellow songs that are beautiful, you'll see.

Charles Bronson- Complete Discocrappy

Charles Bronson is a hardcore thrash band from the 90's. ultra fast thrash, screaming vocals and wonderful film samples makes up a great discocrappy.

xXxXxXx

Adam Balbo

very cute simple acoustic melodies. Adams voice reminds me of tim buckley, which is a very nice voice. These songs have funny, corky stories that make you want to listen to the whole song, and its really not too hard to do with the melodies being so pretty pretty.
