whip it soundtrack

I didn't expect to like this movie as much as i did. A lot of it was chicks beating each other up, which is always pretty sweet. The story itself, and the cinematography captured  me in a way that hardly any other movie did this year so far. Along with an enlightening film, the soundtrack was just as delightful. I would recommend seeing this film before listening to the soundtrack, it feels so much better when listening. Kudos to Drew Berrymore, her first directing of a film.

  1. Thanks for posting this…this is really one of the best soundtracks that’s been out for awhile. Going to check it out in theaters over the weekend and I can't wait. Love The Raveonettes and Tilly and the Wall, but I was especially happy to see that they used Little Joy’s “Unattainable” – that was one of favorite tracks from 08…I can’t wait to see how they use the song in the movie.
